You will earn 5 points for every dollar of purchases made on sierra.com when you choose PayPal® at checkout and select your linked TJX Rewards® Platinum MasterCard® via PayPal® as your method of payment. However, if you select PayPal Pay in 4 during the PayPal checkout, you will earn 1 point for every dollar of purchases made on sierra.com when you choose PayPal® at checkout even if you select your linked TJX Rewards® Platinum MasterCard® via PayPal®.
Returns on orders placed using PayPal must be made within 40 days and items must meet our return policy timeframe and conditions to receive credit back to your PayPal account. Once the return has processed, we will either credit your PayPal account or send a multi-brand gift card.
The exchange process for PayPal differs from our standard policy. If you need to make an exchange, we can give you a merchandise credit for your return (following the returns guidelines mentioned above), then you may place a new order for the item you want. Since items tend to sell out quickly; we recommend immediately placing an order for replacement items.
Items that are on backorder cannot be purchased through PayPal. Please use the regular Sierra checkout if you currently have backordered items in your cart and wish to pay for them now. If you have a backordered item(s) in your cart and you choose to proceed through the PayPal checkout, the backordered items will be removed from your cart to allow you to complete your purchase using PayPal.
