    Product arrived damaged, so I reached out to Trinity direct. Their customer service responded within a day and rectified the concern and problem I had.

    Haven't installed and used the product yet, but I am writing a review based on this organizations professionalism and responsiveness. Thank you, Trinity!

    I really want this product but cannot risk the purchase because the dimensions provided are inconclusive. The top shelf is smaller than the lower shelf, but the dimensions provided are box. Just a consumer's opinion. I hope this helps.

    The bottom frame of this cooler is so poorly made. It bends and gets distorted on assembly. One of the threads for the wheels (Casters) was so poorly threaded that it cannot be screwed on completely. I would recommend buying another cooler as this one is a piece of junk and not worth the money.
