The Green Shoe Manufacturing Co. children’s footwear brand was founded in Boston, Massachusetts in 1919. After moving into a five-story factory building in 1924, the company continued to grow, eventually purchasing the Stride Rite trademark in 1933. In 1958, after nearly four decades in the business, the company had sold more than 50 million pairs of Stride Rite shoes and had become one of the most popular children’s footwear brands in the United States. In 2012, Stride Rite was purchased by Wolverine Worldwide and was named Company of the Year by Earnshaw’s Magazine. Stride Rite kids' shoes and baby shoes have maintained a long-standing reputation for outstanding quality, comfort and style, a reputation that remains strong today.

I ordered my daughter the large size, and they came printed with that size but must have been incorrectly labeled. The sizes must have been for 'baby months', but labeled 'girls'. It would have cost more in shipping than they were worth so they're sitting in the bottom of a drawer...
