I know they don't claim to be waterproof but if water just looks at them they get water inside as well as any sand or sawdust. Also the outside gets scratched super easy, I don't care but I know other people do.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great bootsReviewed by M.Meade from Kentucky on Sunday, December 31, 2023I am a 7 1/2 and got the 38. They were roomy even with a thick sock. I have very high arches/instep, so I put my own orthotics in without removing the factory insole and they are perfect. I like that they don’t have a side zip. They are sturdy and very comfortable. No synthetic “fur” to make my feet sweat either, so I’m a happy camper. Other styles in this brand are too narrow for my average-width feet but these fit.
