    It's a nice gel mat that will fit inside a medium to large crate. The construction appears fine and the gel pad is thicker than another flat gel mat I bought on Sierra. The product is quite nice for the price but... my dog simply does not want to lay on it, even on hot days. He avoids it for some reason.

    We were so excited to gift this product to our standard poodle, Boomer. Unfortunately, the mat is far from "puncture resistant." Almost immediately we had gel seeping out of holes in the mat. Tried repeatedly to repair with upholstery tape. Will have to throw away :(
