    It’s mediocre! Even with NO heat, it warms up rather quickly, as if the heat had been on. If you wear it long enough, the heat rises to an uncomfortable level during colder season.
    Needless to say, it’s not good for spring and summer. I think I might return it to the local store.

    Great little head lamp, however batteries were dim when I opened so I had to purchase new before first outing - test yours before adventure. Used for a hike down then out of the Grand Canyon before daylight and it projected enough light for me and another hiker in Total darkness. Appreciate the optional tilt of the lamp to face forward or down. Well constructed, stayed on my head comfortably and the green was a cute color. Bought a black one for son and Would recommend to all.
