They fit a bit roomy, like somewhere between a small and a medium. That's fine as there is a waist drawstring to cinch them on. I think the smalls would have been too snug. The liner brief is an airy mesh and is comfortable. They have fairly large mesh stash pockets on either side of the zip pocket in the back, for gels or whatever. Lots of storage.
