    I love the idea of this product, and at first it worked great and was easy to use. Unfortunately, the mechanism that keeps the pole from collapsing does not last and now the pole is very unreliable and unsafe.

    I’m hiking the PCT with these. I bought these last year and they’re great. I’ve done tough water crossings in them and use one to hold up my dyneema tent. Haven’t had any issues so far.

    These are very warm gloves and allow for a fair bit of dexterity for a cold weather glove. I have not had them out in the rain or snow yet to test water proof integrity but I will update next week.

    If in doubt about the size, order up as they do run just a bit small
