    The hole to the metal bar does not line up. Refund of 17 dollars when paid more than 20 when adding shipping. Amazon refund policy is 1000% better than Sierra since they dont charge you for defective products when returning items.

    Although the wood is pretty, the shape, thickness, depth and base are all misleading from what is shown here in comparison to what I received, I was disappointed when I opened the box and found a shallow and unbalanced bowl (barely has a flat base). Had I seen it in person I would not have spent the 59 dollars for it much less the original price. The shape is more like a saucer than a bowl and the thickness about half of the image shown.

    Gorgeous board, sadly it was so dry it had cracks and splinters all over, including one right down the middle of the board that you could see through. It was as dry as the desert and rough all over, which happens to wood products when they're not stored properly for extended periods of time (i.e. dry warehouses. I've read reviews of other boards from here with the same issue so it's possibly happening in their warehouse. It's possible to treat dry boards, but the damage was done and this one was unrecoverable. So sad to send it back.
