3.0 out of 5 stars. So-so and not long enoughVerified Buyer Reviewed by Rayhull@aol.com, not want tin from Rensselaer, NY on Wednesday, December 9, 2015I have other Valstar jackets and they are beatifully made, handsome pieces. This model is rather dull in color and style and the sleeves were not proportionally long enough for me (my others are and other brands of barn coats have extra long sleeves that are shown rolled). Additionally, it is light weight and really more suited for mild cool temps, not upstate NY winter wear. Returned as I was disappointed.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Not Worth the Money . . .Verified Buyer Reviewed by Big Sur Hiker from NJ on Thursday, March 19, 2015Thought I was buying a great jacket, but after looking it over I returned it. It really looks cheaply tailored, and the materials feel cheap as well.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Fit Not Right for MeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from New York, NY on Wednesday, February 18, 2015Right out of the box, this coat looks sharp. It's well made and classic but with a modern simplicity. One can sense the care and skill that went in to creating it. Upon trying the coat on, I was disappointed that the sleeves were just too short. I'm 6' 1" with a 32" waist and weigh 175 pounds. I wear a 38 or 40 in most makers and purchased the 40 (50EU) and the sleeves are about a half to an inch too short. It's not the kind of coat that can be easily tailored and I didn't want to size up as the waist area would be too big, so I reluctantly returned it.
