I went with 3.5 because they are low ankle and they are too small. No more size 4 which super sucks, now out of luck.

They were immediately comfortable! So when I saw this great deal I immediately snapped them up and got the same size as the ones I had borrowed. Unfortunately, these are just waaaay to small. I think it was primarily the shaft of the shoe, so that might be the factory second imperfection. I couldn't get them on with regular athletic socks. Once I did get them on they felt like a good fit with some room in the toe and heel. If you're going to buy try going a half size up.

I love the 491 style better than the standard 500s. The 491s are just a bit more rugged, but still look great with a casual outfit. Very versatile.
The boots are very comfortable and require almost no break in. I love how easy they are to slip on and off. As far as being factory seconds, I looked them over very carefully and can’t find a single blemish.

I usually wear 7 1/2 and bought the size 7, which is a little big but ok because I plan to wear thick wool socks. I can't find why these are 2nds; I love em. I also love STP and have been a customer for almost 20 years.

I love 'em! I usually wear 7 1/2 and ordered the size 6 - a near perfect fit with just a little tightness across the top of my high arches which will be ok once these are broken in. Plenty of room in the toe box and in the width so that if I wanted I could wear 2 pairs of socks. I am breaking them in by wearing them iin the house as slippers and they feel just as comfortable. If you appreciate quality and are looking to purchase a pair of boots which will last for many years, here is your opportunity and at such a low price.

Mine are excellent in every way, I put some good innersoles in them and over a couple months they molded to my feet and I absolutely love them. I treat them with Urad and they stay looking good and feeling great.
The pair I got for my friend not so much!!
She barely got to use them when the toe liner inside shrunk and the wrinkled leather inside painfully scratches the top of her feet, They are unwearable and an expensive disappointment
I am going to contact Sierra for some kind of warranty, hopefully they will refund since the size is out of stock.
I gave 4 stars since the pair I got is excellent. -

BUT, they are U.S. sized and so order your usual (womens) size. -

Both were too small, I could get my feet in (with difficulty), but they were both tight across the forefoot. I thought about taking the 6’s to get stretched but if that didn’t work I’d be stuck so I returned them. I am bummed out there are no larger sizes in stock. They are beautiful boots, I did not notice any flaws.

I am a 10 - 10 1/2 shoe depending, size 10 running shoe, and a size 9 UK ended up being a perfect fit!! These are easy to get on and even easier to get off, which is awesome after some hours of bust your butt work. These things are extremely comfortable and unbelievably durable. Built like a tank, but with a silky smooth zipper. Perfect in every way!!!!
