  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Very nice!

This sweater is warm enough for warmer fall days and great overall for casual wear. Prettier than the photos. Nice fit too. Very flattering. I'm a 16 middle aged woman and it is slimming and true to size. Plus a good price which never hurts.

Wanted something lightweight but warm for the winter weather. This is the perfect item. Warm wool, light weight, keeps me warm. The only thing I wish it had is pockets.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Watch out for the toggles
Reviewed by Anonymous from San Francisco on Monday, November 11, 2013
This cardigan is lovely and warm, heavier than merely medium weight -- can indeed be worn as a coat in San Francisco. Subtle but interesting pattern and well made. The only negative is the toggles, which are longer and narrower than expected. They are easily hooked on things, (like those shopping baskets that are carried on one's arm) so I have to be careful not to stand close to shelving and counters and such. If this concern gets to be too much of a problem and the worry about snagging this nice sweater prevents me from enjoying it, I'll change the toggles to something smaller.

Sweater is as pictured, a nice mid- to heavy weight for colder months. Definitely a good price for a quality product, which will see a lot of wear.

About Woolrich

The esteemed Woolrich clothing company has come a long way since the early 1800s, when founder John Rich sold socks to logging camps from the back of his mule cart. By 1830, Rich had built America’s first woolen mill in Pennsylvania, and it wasn’t long before Woolrich blankets and clothing became a household name. Over the years, this trusted American brand has enhanced its woolens and other fabrics with contemporary textures, dying techniques and washes, all designed to improve performance and comfort for the modern consumer. Today, after nearly two centuries of putting customers first, Woolrich bedding and clothing is still beloved by those who enjoy the great outdoors and all those who appreciate quality.
