I seems to run a bit small. I ordered a large -- a size that usually works -- and the arms are a tad short, the back a tad tight, etc. If the jacket shrinks in the wash, I'm in real trouble. The hood seems more like half a hood. You have to unzip the jacket about half way down to put the hood up, and then it won't cover your whole head. Still . . . for the price it's fine.

I originally ordered size large as that is what I usually wear. When I received the size large I discovered the lower end of the knit cuff was about two inches above my wrist bone. I returned the large and ordered an extra large. The sleeve length on the XL is acceptable (just reaches my wrist bone but does not cover it) but could be longer for better fit and appearance. It does not come close to fitting me as does the coat on the person wearing it in above picture. I wear a 34 inch sleeve length in a dress shirt. The sleeve length is not as long as advertised in the product information section.
