4.0 out of 5 stars. Good looking soft shellVerified Buyer Reviewed by Gear C from Colorado on Saturday, January 31, 2015I have had this well over a year and half now and I just love the way it fits and looks. Its pretty light and you can either wear it for some outdoor activity or around town. I wore it mostly around town as I have other outdoorsy jackets and shells for such activities.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Soft ShellReviewed by MintHill25 from North Carolina on Wednesday, March 6, 2013I have been wanting a Soft Shell jacket for sometime. I originally purchased a Large. It fit but I was advised to go XL. I am 5"11" 195 . So I exchanged the item and I really like the fit. I can layer other garments or vests. Cannot really comment or the performance of the Jacket as of yet. I believe it will perform as designed as a windstopper. I will find out today. The fleece backing is nice. The exchange went very smoothly and hassle free. note: I thought I had order Black in XL but Asphalt grey came. It looks good too and the wife seems to like it so on for many years of wer.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great Coat - Not as warm as Apex BionicReviewed by Anonymous from Clifton Park, NY on Sunday, March 3, 2013This is a nice light winter coat. Not nearly as warm as the Apex Bionic soft shell. Like the green/orange combo. Very snazzy on the slopes.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice, quality jacket from TNFVerified Buyer Reviewed by Vermont Scott from Boston, MA on Friday, February 15, 2013It is cold here in New England and this makes a great layer under a shell for when it's over 30, or under a heavier coat when it gets very cold. I am always cold and this does this trick! The coat is tailored so it is not a boxy fit which is nice. My only issue is the zipper is a bit stiff around the neck to fully zip. I'm sure it will get easier with more use. It was likely sitting in some warehouse for a long period of time. It is windproof, but I would not wear this by itself on a colder day, say under 40-45 as the jacket is not built for warmth.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome product. Worth every pennyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Coogee spearo from France on Tuesday, February 12, 2013This is the second sentinel jacket I have bought. The first was in 1997, and after multiple camping, backpacking and other trips, not to mention everyday wear and tear, I decided it had to much wear and tear from sparks and scrapes to wear in the city, so it's been retired to strictly a camping coat!
