There isn't fixing elements at sleeves - but with warm gloves it isn't a problem. -

Would that be K-Mart? Unusually cheap-looking plastic parka with absolutely no shape. Very thinly insulated, too. I would imagine the full price for a piece this tacky would be in the $30 range, seriously.
