I bought a med. in this jacket. My height is 6'0" and weight is 160 lbs. My sleeve length is 34-35. This fit perfect. A large would have been too big. Not large enough for a sweater underneath. The only negative is that the jacket cuff opened all the way is big enough for large hands to fit through but that is all.
This jacket uses Gore Windbreaker material and it works. -
