1.0 out of 5 stars. Only buy if you have arms the size of a childReviewed by Anonymous from Ohio on Tuesday, January 3, 2017The fit was perfect around the torso, but the shoulders are narrow and the sleeves are 5 inches too short. I wear L and ordered an XL because of the reviews saying to do so. If you have petite shoulders, first of all I'm sorry, and second of all you're in luck because this may fit you. Don't buy this unless it's your girlfriends style (because she would be wearing it, not you.. it's her size). On the plus side it seems to be made really well, feels great to the touch, and is of overall high quality. If only they had designed it to fit normal humans. I can't comment on the longevity/durability of the fabric because all I did was try it on and ship it back. Good luck!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jimmy from Minneapolis on Wednesday, March 16, 2016Very substantial material of obvious quality. Really nice. There is a design on the front of the neck that I didn't realize from the STP pics. I was fine with it but others may not like it.

2.0 out of 5 stars. poor fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Lizard King from Michigan on Monday, February 22, 2016Typically, I wear a size medium-tall (I'm 6'2", 160lbs), but heeding other reviewers' advice, I ordered a large. The fit was perfect on the torso (snug, but that's what I wanted). The sleeve length, however, was marginal -- barely reached my wrists. So, I exchanged it for an extra large and hoped for the best. Strangely, the extra large had shorter(!) sleeves, and the rest of the sweater sagged like an ill-fitting pillow case. I'll be returning this one too and staying clear of J.G. Glover sweaters in the future. Too bad, because the wool and the weave were very nice.

3.0 out of 5 stars. sizing is offVerified Buyer Reviewed by jimbo28 from ohio on Monday, January 25, 2016buy a size larger than you normally take or fit will be snug. Even if you like a snug fit arm and torso length is marginal.
Appears to be a good quality sweater. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Great quality sweaterVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from New York on Thursday, January 21, 2016It's hard to find a wool sweater with substance nowadays. Actually, it's hard to find anything of real substance nowadays. There are too many brands that made a reputation for good quality products way back in the past but that are now just brand names that sacrifice quality for profit. This is made of gorgeous thick wool, fits true to size and has a handsome cut to it. I got it as a present for my husband and he loves it. Needless to say, the wool is of the highest quality. I like that it's not made in China and I'm happy to pay more for something of good quality. Peregrine has got my attention!

3.0 out of 5 stars. way too smallReviewed by jimbo28 from ohio on Thursday, January 14, 2016I take a size large always. I ordered this in an XL to wear shirts under it. The XL was way too small without a shirt under it. The sleeves and torso length are also ridiculous. too bad it is well made. For those of you that don't know STP was purchased by the same group that owns Marshals, if you are trying to figure out why they have gone downhill. In the past you would have gotten free shipping to return items sized wrong, which is very important for online ordering. Now the new money makers want you to pay to return and reship another size. I can tell it wont be long till STP is no longer the great bargain it used to be.
