Pajar Grip High Winter Snow Boots (For Women)

I love these boots! I was looking for a pair of snow boots that would do what snow boots are supposed to- keep my feet warm and dry, but I also wanted something that looked cute and were not big and clunky. Other boots make me feel like I'm clomping around with huge rocks on my feet and cheaper boots would always make my feet cold after being outside for 5-10 min. I was looking for something that felt like regular shoes/boots and that I could wear indoors while shopping and not feel strange for looking like I should be out playing in the snow.. These boots definitely look and feel great!
I've put them to use for cold/snow twice now. They are lightweight and comfortable for very long walks on icy sidewalks. I climbed hills while sledding with my kids and did not slip once, so great grip on these. This day I wore them with cheap cotton socks and was outside for hours in 10 degrees before my toes began to feel just slightly chilly.

The second time I was out in 0 degree weather for over 5 hours, shoveling snow, walking back and forth through a foot of snow, and feel like I really worked them in. My feet were not even the slightest bit chilled. I had smartwool socks this day. I noticed a slight difference in warmth from the different socks, but even with the cheap cotton socks I was very pleased and only started getting a tiny bit cold after quite a few hours. I usually tend to have very cold feet/toes so this made me very happy.

These boots are definitely warm, but what I also love is they don't get TOO warm! I tend to overheat very easily. I can be very cold (especially feet/toes), but then I will get very hot while I'm out running errands. I've worn these boots while running errands in 40+ degree weather and not felt overly heated because of them! This is great if you live in an area where the temps can change drastically in a day or if you are like me and can go from too cold to too hot very quickly!
They are also very comfortable on my feet. I have a bad back and am sensitive to uncomfortable and poorly supportive shoes... These have given me no problems.
Many reviews talk about the boot shaft being too narrow. I can definitely understand that. They are just barely wide enough for me with an extra pair of socks or thick pants, but I was honestly nervous about this when I first tried them on. My legs at the top of the boot shaft are 17in/43cm.
