The hoddie runs approximately 1 size smaller, so my recommendation would be to order a size larger. I am 6'1" and about 215 pounds and a typical XL is what I wear, but this item is a little shortert than what I would prefer. I will not tumble dry this hoodie as it would make it too small. Otherwise, this item has great quality and feel. Be advised that the zipper is left-handed.

    Interesting and well executed, but the Medium is way tight in the torso. Odd, in that the similar pattern in Neve's Wool sweater is absolutely dead on.
