2.0 out of 5 stars. Billowy in the TorsoVerified Buyer Reviewed by Tripbuilders from 4 Corners on Friday, February 19, 2016I ordered several thin puffy jackets. The MH Thermostatic was one of them. Super lightweight and warm considering its weight and fill, however, way too roomy in the torso area. Shoulders, arms, neck and through the upper back area fit fine. Good as a layering piece through the arms since they are very slim and form fitting. Overall, I had to send it back, the billowy torso area was too much and felt like I was wearing a moomoo. I am 5'-11", 180, 41-42 chest, 33 waist.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Lightweight Jacket, but Sizing Way OffVerified Buyer Reviewed by MrClemson8 from Washington, DC on Friday, December 18, 2015This is a great, lightweight jacket and it stuffs into it's own pocket. It's easy to throw this into a pack and go. So far, it's been perfect for keeping off the morning chill on the East Coast.
Unfortunately, the sizing is way off which I'm told is common for Mountain Hardware products. I'm an athletic 5"10, 170 and I ordered a medium (my normal size) based on the reviews here. Unfortunately, the Medium was not only too long in the body but it hung off me like a size large. I returned it for a small and I'm happy so far with that decision.
Make sure you order two sizes or size down if you're concerned.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Runs big quality is okVerified Buyer Reviewed by jetskidude from W hartford on Thursday, December 17, 2015Got a size M for my son and I can get away wearing it and I'm 5'10" 195lb athletic built. Got it at a great price with all the discount but the quality seems a little cheap if I was to pay full price. I have the same MH style jacket L that is about 2 years old and the quality of mine is much much better.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Have Long Arms? Then this is the jacket for you!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Beach Living from Michigan on Wednesday, December 2, 2015Nice fit throughout the body of the coat but the arms are very long. Not bulky or heavy at all for a puffy coat.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Thermostatic jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by GO from Alabama on Saturday, October 24, 2015I have several Mountain Hardware jackets purchased from Sierra Trading Post. Every model I have been very pleased with the quality and performance. This Thermostatic jacket is a perfect jacket for those days that need a little warmth. The weight if this piece is perfect. Not too lite and not bulky.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Warm, light, packable, style-ishVerified Buyer Reviewed by J from Seattle on Thursday, October 22, 2015Great jacket!
Warm, light, packable
I haven't tested it in light-rain yet, but the fact it's machine washable is great
also looks better than my other, poof-ier down jacket

4.0 out of 5 stars. good fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from fOhio on Sunday, September 20, 2015Couldn't pass up this deal. Looking for a lighter alternative to a MontBell jacket I have. This one weighs 10.6 oz, a little more than specified. A little disappointed about that. It has been 80 degrees here so haven't used it yet.
