5.0 out of 5 stars. great shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by LG from Wilmington, NC on Wednesday, June 4, 2014As usual my new Merrell's fit like a glove. I am not a runner, but am a nurse so love these lightweight shoes for work. Comfy right out of the box, great price and cute on, nothing not to love about them.

5.0 out of 5 stars. My new favorite!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Abell from Montana on Monday, April 21, 2014These shoes are the best! Sizing is accurate and they were comfy from the first run and for errands around town. Lightweight...a perfect track shoe. They aren't for the trails, however. The color is perfect for spring.

5.0 out of 5 stars. great fit!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Olympia on Saturday, April 5, 2014I need shoes that are narrow through the arch and have a wide toe box. The Merrell Barefoots are always a good fit, and these runners have more cushioning than my last pair. The soles of my feet appreciate that. The color calls attention to itself, but the fit trumps color.

3.0 out of 5 stars. not minimal enough (still has a little arch support)Reviewed by PHK from CA on Saturday, March 29, 2014- no toe drop (good)
- fits well, true to the size, plenty of toe room (good)
- light weight & soft, no need to break in (good)
- the insole is NOT flat --- a small "hump" @ the arch (except they're not really @ the right location of my arch. they're tolerable. but then what is the point of "minimal shoes"? i wish they just made the insoles completely flat. no support. probably would make it cheaper too! (BAD)

5.0 out of 5 stars. Light and supportiveReviewed by Jenny Bee from Tennessee on Thursday, March 27, 2014I've been running in minimalist shoes for a couple of years now and just moved from VFFs to these. I think they are probably better for my aging joints since they have a little cush to them. Also, I haven't weighed them, but these feel lighter than the VFFs. Plus, I can wear regular socks which has been nice this winter. I've got about 85 miles on these, including a half marathon, and they are holding up well so far. I've seen some complaints about the arch, but I have high arches so I don't even notice that it's there. My only complaint is probably an issue of sizing and foot structure. I have a budding tailor's bunion on one foot and the strapping on the outside of the forefoot hits in exactly the wrong spot. It's undetectable for 5 miles or less, but I have to add one of those spongy donuts to be comfortable on longer runs. I'm going to try a half size up and see if that offers a bit more width in the toe box without losing the snug heel. If it doesn't, the donut is a small price to pay for an otherwise comfy shoe.

4.0 out of 5 stars. summer walking shoesReviewed by Anonymous from seattle on Tuesday, March 18, 2014Great lightweight shoes for walking. I haven't worn them yet as it is still rainy season in Seattle. I found barefoot shoes exercise my feet better, so I don't need my orthotics anymore! Great shoes, great price. The only disappoint was the orange is fluorescent orange - ick.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Super LightweightReviewed by SKD from Colorado on Friday, March 14, 2014I wanted a shoe that was good for "barefoot" running since I have bad knees. These feel great! They are lightweight and have plenty of room in the toebox.
