4.0 out of 5 stars. Great priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dave from Illinois on Saturday, October 15, 2016Following reviews online, the first thing I did was to check how accurate the watch is. I found that it was loosing about 45 sec per day. Since the return policy with Sierra Trading Post is 90 days and customer service assured me that even after sending the watch to Luminox service repairs they will accept it back if the watch is impossible to fix, I send it to Luminox service.
The watch came back and running with-in Luminox specs: +\- 15 sec per day. Mine is loosing about 6 sec per day. Although the shipping to Luminox service cost me extra, overall I got a good deal on this watch. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice Heavy waterproof AutomaticVerified Buyer Reviewed by H C from Virginia on Tuesday, May 31, 2016I rated this watch as "Poor Time Keeping" in a previous purchase/rating, which is still true, but this second purchase for me was a little closer to spec. So at STP prices, and a new lower price, I think I can live with it. If I find that it gains to many seconds per day, Luminox service said they could fix it under warranty.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Poor Time KeepingReviewed by H C from Virginia on Sunday, March 6, 2016Returned and lost my shipping costs. The day I received this Luminox Deep Dive Watch I set it to the World Time Clock, to the second, and discovered it had GAINED 15 seconds in 12 hours. I contacted Luminox and they said their tolerances/specs. were "15 second loss, or 5 second gain per day". So I returned it to STP and did NOT ask for an exchange, for fear that all of these watches MAY have similar issues. Luminox would have fix the problem, under Warranty, but I would have had to pay shipping. If I knew STP would not refund my original shipping costs I may have asked Luminox to fix it under Warranty. It's a nice, well built watch, at the right price. It isn't much bigger than a Casio G-Shock.
Remember this is an automatic self winding watch, so there are trade offs. You have to wear it to keep it self wound, it will not be as accurate as a battery powered Chronographer, but you don't have to worry about replacing a battery. You do how ever have to have it maintained, about as often as a battery would need replacing in a Chronographer, and maintenance will be a little more costly. -
1.0 out of 5 stars. Big heavy watchVerified Buyer Reviewed by JM from Lehigh Valley PA on Saturday, September 19, 2015I tried on the watch and loved the luminescent t second hand, but found it to very heavy and because of the way the lugs and strap we designed it would not accommodate a Nato band, which is my preferred watch band. Had to return.

5.0 out of 5 stars. The best watch I've ever ownedReviewed by Steve from Chicago on Wednesday, July 15, 2015Not new to Luminox and value their quality and durability. STP offered this automatic for a very good price. As is typical excellent customer service when the first watch I received I had to return ( a missed defect). Extremely pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this watch.
