As described, this is a slim-fitting hoodie. If you have any doubt on your size, I would get a size larger because of this slim fit. I am using this alone for 40 to 50 degree weather, and it is good that. This will work well for layering in colder temps because of the lack of bulk. Like the chest pocket too.
Things I would like to see changed/improved:
1. Thumb-holes on sleeves
2. Tighter fitting hood and/or drawstrings
3. Zippers on hand pockets.
4. Main zipper is a little hard to zip at time (especially with gloves on).
