I bought 38 they were snug, purchased 38 Tommie Bahama at the same time the were literally falling off while I was walking. I also bought a pair of 38 incotex slim fit they were like skinny jeans but again quality.I'm sending all back, exhausted trying to figure out what size I wear and the amount of paper work involved. the order wasn't packed very well the box was mashed and integrity of the packed was compromised.
