The insole has a small impact absorbing cushion right inline with the plantar fascia which was very uncomfortable. Replaced the insoles with a pair I purchased elsewhere and they are very comfortable.

I've now had them over 3 months, wearing them daily during grain harvest and Christmas tree sales. Comfortable out of the box, and still very comfortable all day. Original laces didn't last long, but that's not a big issue. They seem well -made, especially for as light weight as they are. If they last a year, they will have met my goals when I bought them. I really like these boots.

These are comfortable, stylish and very lightweight boot for casual wear and light duty work. I wear them to the office and around the farm for light work in the workshop etc. not sure they how they would hold up to anything heavy duty, haven't tested. Not insulated so breath well, and I like the insert that came with the boot, has a bit of a ball in the heel, but actually provides nice cushion. For the price paid, well worth it
