The fit is true to size, I would purchase from Sierra Trading Post again. -

Fit is real bulky on me, more like a hoodie than a shirt. I'm in between sizes so I ordered X-large because of other reviews stating arms are too short. Arms turned out just right for me after washing ( I think I have 30" arms for dress shirts) but shirt is still too bulky so I don't know how things would have worked out if I had bought a large size. Won't really work for me as a shirt - will be more of a light jacket- but I still really like it.
