5.0 out of 5 stars. Really comfortable boots!Verified Buyer Reviewed by GP the Snowboarder from New York on Monday, February 16, 2015I usually do not like speed lace systems over traditional lace ups or even the boa systems, however, Deeluxe has got it right with their system. Very easy to use, reassuring to lock in place, and very satisfying release mechanism. If speed lace systems throughout the industry used this set up, I would have been on board with them a lot earlier.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Fine BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jonny from California on Monday, February 9, 2015These are an alright boot. The lacing system is perfectly functional for those who are used to other speed lacing systems. The problem I had with them was that the tongue on the boot liner bit into the front of my shin in an uncomfortable way. I returned them and got the Empire model instead. Much more comfortable.

1.0 out of 5 stars. really dissappointedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from tennessee on Friday, January 16, 2015I bought these boots in November. I have used them three times. The first time I had a hard time with the tightening mechanism and getting a secure fit. They would come "unlocked" while on the mountain, so suddenly I would notice I was working way too hard. By my third day on the slopes, the tightening mechanism on my left boot was broken. Made from flimsy plastic and seemingly a really complex solution to a simple problem. I thought I was buying premium boots, instead I overpaid for these worthless atrocities.
