4.0 out of 5 stars. Columbia Sportswear Meeker Peak T-ShirtVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Arkansas on Monday, June 27, 2016This is the tighter weave fabric that tends to hold moisture longer than the performance material with a waffle like weave. If it is hot and humid you'll be wringing this out at the end of the day. Nice for warm days alone or as a base layer when cooler.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Comfortable, good looking shirtVerified Buyer Reviewed by GM9 from Missouri on Wednesday, September 2, 2015Have a couple of these shirts. They are nice looking, comfortable shirts for casual wear. Fit nice and have a little stretch to them. Breathe well and work well in the heat. Only problem is the material gets snags and runs very easy. For the price, a nice shirt but expect to get some small snags/runs in them pretty quickly.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Snagging fabric, chaffing embroidered logo...Reviewed by Anonymous from MN on Friday, July 10, 2015I bought this shirt believing it was a quality Columbia product. Boy was I mistaken!
The fabric used in this shirt will snag on dry skin, and those of us who spend time paddling lakes and rivers, or spend time with a thumb in a bass's mouth, will know what I'm talking about. You can't touch the fabric with your chewed up dry thumb/fingers without cringing at the feeling.
Even worse than the lousy fabric is the embroidered Columbia logo on the chest which makes the shirt unwearable without an undershirt, defeating the whole point of the shirt. Unless you like thick, hard, embroidered logos rubbing and chaffing against your chest right behind the strap of a 60lb portage pack on a 200+ rod portage, avoid this shirt at all costs. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Takes me back to the day...Verified Buyer Reviewed by The Traveling Dad from Ohio on Friday, April 24, 2015Way back when the whole moisture-wicking, synthetic fabrics were just getting started, I picked up a shirt to see what it was all about. Different manufacturer. It was nice...kept me cool and reasonably dry, slightly thicker fabric (almost a pique, if you will), a little bulkier. Not silky at all. Terribly prone to snags, though, and impossible to get stains/mars off of.
These are essentially the same fabric shirts as that one. They are not bad shirts - in fact, they are very attractive and functional - but there are many lighter options that don't snag like these.
For the dirt cheap STP price, I'd say go ahead and buy it. -
2.0 out of 5 stars. Columbia T-Shirt Quality on a down-ward trendVerified Buyer Reviewed by Steve from Nebraska on Thursday, April 23, 2015I have purchased Columbia 100% Polyester wicking T-shirts for many years over cheaper brands from mega-stores because of their quality. Basically, the cheaper polyester shirts were terrible at snagging. Once snagged, they are basically ruined as anything but a work shirt around the house. Columbia shirts did not snag...until the last year or so. The last couple of orders I've purchased for Columbia light weight polyester T-shirts have been terrible at snagging. I'm very disappointed!
