Our son will be using this very warm jacket as a mid-layer during elk hunting in the mountains. It compresses enough to layer and yet locks in the body's warmth. It is light enough to wear as a coat on milder days, as a layer coat when extra warmth is needed and is soft enough to wear as nighttime extra warm when sleeping. WELL worth the the money!

However I tend to get cold pretty easy. I frequently find myself outdoors in sub freezing weather so I will need to exchange it for a warmer coat. Fit wise I would say its a relaxed fit especially in the arms and wrists.

The sleeves do not contain as much "fill" as the body of the coat. Also the color is more of a dark grey green than what appears on the web site.
