NOISY material. Makes noise with every move. Unable to wear to church, meeting, appointment due to excessive NOISE.
Zipper in addition to velcro closure is excessive, a zipper was all that was needed. Both of them together worked against each other to make donning/doffing complicated and time consuming. -

I haven't work it in a downpour so not totally sure it's completely waterproof but it is comfortable and sizing seems spot on. I'd definitely buy again. I'm 5'3" and 115lbs and got the medium. Perfect for layering and not looking too bulky.
