I got the L, on my 6'1" 195 lb frame it has a relaxed fit. The fabric is soft and drapes almost like silk. Haven't tested it yet under extreme heat, but based on the fabric weight it seems like it should do well to cool and protect the skin in all but tropical heat and humidity.
