When I saw these for a crazy low price I ordered three pairs. When they came we noticed that a belt loop on two of the pairs was loose at the bottom, not a problem, for the great price I could sew those back on. One of the pairs seemed to have a little discoloration, I thought maybe it was starch. I washed all three. When I went to throw them in the dryer I found the slightly discolored pair completely shredded! Apparently the acid wash on that pair had issues. I called customer service, they were GREAT, and they sent me a new pair for no charge. However, the new pair did the same thing when I washed them. I called customer service again and they refunded me the cost of the third pair. I would have rated these jeans a five, because two of the pairs were great minus the belt loop and you couldn't beat the price. But I had to rate them a three as I am still picking little pieces of jean fabric out of my washer.

However my perception of a broken belt loop is a little different. I was expecting the belt loop to just be loose, and not what we got. The jeans themselves were actually torn with a hole about 1 inch long. Thank goodness we have a seamstress in the family.
