3.0 out of 5 stars. awesome but stinkyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from NM on Saturday, December 27, 2014Really enjoy this neck gater. Great design & material. Gotta love merino wool.
I'm not sure why, but the fabric stinks to high heaven. Similar to cheap old lady perfume. Maybe it's the screen printing, or something the fabric has been treated with? I've laundered these (we ordered two) 4 times so far and the smell is beginning to fade. So I've started wearing it, finally, and it's a great item, functionally. The smell was intolerable out of the box, and even after several washes, is still detectable. 5 stars easily if it weren't for the nasty odor. What the heck?! -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Love itVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Idaho on Friday, November 21, 2014Soft, warm, light weight & looks great too! What more could you want.
Has plenty of fabric to scrunch so there are no drafty places. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. unbelievably greatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from NY,NY on Friday, October 17, 2014Have (and have owned) other neck gaiters, this is the best. Light and comfortable to wear at all times, unlike fleece gaiters that become to hot to wear unless under extreme conditions.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Not as good as I hopedReviewed by personingeorgia from Georgia on Friday, October 10, 2014I have the Columbo Cru color (plaid - black on white). It's disappointing. The material is thinner than I expected, but the worst thing is the print on the fabric. I expected the pattern be dyed, but it's sort of screenprinted(?) on. I don't know what the right term is. Anyway, as soon as I picked up the package I found that the pattern was flaking off of the fabric in tiny black flakes. That was gross. Think I'll send it back.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great dealVerified Buyer Reviewed by WJVT from VT on Wednesday, October 8, 2014purchased for my husband to wear as the temperatures drop. He wears the original during the summer while fishing and this will be a great addition to the collection. The wool seems soft and quality is good.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love at first useVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from North Georgia Mountains on Sunday, August 24, 2014I love it and apparently so does everyone else in my family. Son "borrowed" it. I ordered another. Daughter "borrowed" it. I ordered another. Now I let no one "borrow" it. I tell them about sierra trading post....get your own. On the product specific side....I rinsed the buff in a full sink of cold water with a cup of vinegar. Let it soak about fifteen minutes, then drain and hand wash with mild soap, hang to dry. I do this FIRST time only to my merino wool(vinegar). The buff is super soft and non itchy.
