It is a roomy fit, but still has shape. I am 5'7" & 130 lbs and typically wear a small size in sweaters, and both the small and medium were fine.

I normally wear a small, but STP only had the red in medium, which actually works. I initially thought it was a little big, but it looks on me just as it does in the picture. Think it is meant to be a looser fit with a swingy style. I have rather narrow shoulders, and the shoulders of this sweater don't appear to wide. The cashmere is super soft. It is knit in a way that makes it stretchy without losing its shape, so I think one could probably go up or down a size from usual and this sweater would fit.

I have yet to see if this is true. I ordered a medium (am 5' 8", athletic #150) and I'd have floated out of a large.It's a baggy style, and will go well with leggings and jeans. My first cashmere; will see how it wears. It seems soft and comfy and I plan to wear it on the long plane ride! I ordered both the green and the brown, and returned the brown. I found the photo colors to be accurate and the green is somewhere between olive and forest. I may give it five stars after a while, but just haven't had the time to see how it wears.
