The indicated shoe size is true to my measured feet. The shoes are extremely light. The Traxion sole has excellent grip on wet surfaces and is very comfortable. I have been using them on paved surfaces and packed dirt. Consequently I can not attest to their trail suitability. They do however lace up tight and maintain a firm purchase on your foot, no for and aft or side to side slippage.

Very good traction, if you are feet dragger you will know, you are gonna hear lots of squick from good traction sole. Pull tab is little thing but goes long way, It helps shoes from crunching under the heal when putting on and tong gets pulled tight to give excellent fit.

The tongue seems a bit narrow considering the upper shoe width also. The show is very light and grip is incredible. Laces are thick and appear strong also. I have the Solar Blue/Black/Solar Gold and love the color combination.
