I Haven't worn them yet but the appear true to size in length but area bit narrow. They are fine for me but if you have very wide feet, you may be better off with another design. The bottoms/soles are leather - so only indoor slippers. I bought them specifically for that reason but if you are going to use these and indoor/outdoor for quick trips to get the mail or newspaper, don't. They are not slippery on tile or hard wood but if just indoor slippers I don't worry about putting my feet up on furniture or wrapping up in a blanket with these on since you aren't tracking outside filth on them.

Despite them being a men's width - D, the soles are too narrow for my woman's foot to rest comfortably inside of the edges of the sole and my foot splays out uncomfortably over the edge. The sheepskin itself is soft and plush but the memory foam base, which in my opinion is what typically sets the Acorn slipper apart and makes them so comfortable, just doesn't fit properly here. Sadly, they will have to go back.

Had to return them as they ran small. Purchased the 12 and they were tight due to the thickness of the liner but he loves them. He's able to wear them without socks and his feet are still warm. We purchased them in black because they were the only color left in a size 12 at the time but if they were in another color, I would purchased them again and save them for next Christmas in the next size up.
