They run a little small and are a little tight when you first put them on. But they loosen up for a good fit. The most annoying part is, as one of the other reviews noted, the back lip does not stay up. So if they are your exact size, the lip will come under you heel and that is annoying and uncomfortable.

They are padded inside, so your feet kind of sink in to them. I wear a size 5 1/2 wide, and the size 5-6 fits fine. At first I wasn't sure that they would work, but they have loosened up just a bit, and they are perfect.

These are comfortable and good looking but the back lip is not stiff enough to stand up. So I'm always stepping on it. I don't like feeling the ridge under my heel so I'm not going to buy this particular style again. It may not bother someone else, though. For me, it's uncomfortable. The colors are pretty and the fit in terms of length is true to size. But I don't care for the way the back feels. Next!

These, however, are more of a true slipper than a mule. The back lip does not come up around the heel, as it appears in the picture. I don't personally care for the fit, but my Mom does, so Mom gets them! Other than this point, the slippers are soft, warm, well-made, and attractive. They run true to size for medium width feet.

Absolutely love them and my poor knee joints are feeling much better now that I have great cushioning while I walk around taking care of my duties or just standing for an hour or two cooking. The winters are cold in the north east so I will definitely top these off with a pair of wool socks. Great price also. Very very pleased with my purchase!
